Requirements:Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content for social media platforms. Proficient in leveraging social media and digital insights to develop relevant and compelling recruitment content. A self-motivated individual with a commercial mindset, dedicated to achieving recruitment goals. Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude, able to collaborate with individuals at all levels. A solid understanding of IT and its role in supporting recruitment efforts.

Join us as an HR Intern specializing in recruitment, where you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the talent acquisition process. You'll play a crucial role in building talent pools, engaging with the community, and utilizing digital tools and social networks to attract top talent. Collaborating closely with our HR and recruitment teams, this internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various facets of community management and the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research to pinpoint potential candidate sources, devise effective engagement strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Establish and sustain talent pools for specific roles to ensure a strong candidate pipeline across diverse platforms and networks.
  • Reach out to potential candidates via email, social media, and phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and inform them about available opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with the HR team to create engaging social media and digital content that enhances our employer brand and attracts prospective candidates.
  • Encourage referrals through our Xcellink employee referral program by motivating candidates and employees to recommend qualified individuals.
  • Analyze and report on sourcing strategies, focusing on conversion rates and identifying areas for process enhancement.
  • Interact with candidates and influencers on social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to foster relationships and maintain active community engagement.
  • Utilize a mix of enterprise software and social networking tools to streamline recruitment operations and effectively track candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address community inquiries and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Gather feedback from social communities to support ongoing improvements in the recruitment process and organizational workflows.
