About the Role

As we navigate our rapid growth, we are on the lookout for a talented HR Business Partner to enhance our people strategy and fortify our teams.

This position transcends traditional HR tasks; it focuses on innovating, shaping, and positioning HR as a crucial contributor to our business success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, learning and development, engagement, retention, and offboarding.

  • Collaborate with managers to cultivate robust, high-performing teams and foster a culture of ownership and excellence.

  • Design and refine HR processes from concept to execution, ensuring they are scalable and effective.

  • Leverage data and HR analytics to inform strategies and evaluate impact.

  • Act as the primary resource for employees regarding policies, procedures, and personal development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, Operations, or People Management roles.

  • A proactive builder mindset; you thrive on developing and enhancing rather than merely maintaining.

  • Data-driven approach; proficient in spreadsheets, metrics, and analytical processes.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in English (B2+ level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with global HR best practices and the ability to apply them innovatively.
