The Go-To-Market (GTM) team plays a crucial role in empowering customers to harness our cutting-edge AI solutions effectively within their organizations. Comprised of dedicated professionals in sales, solutions, support, marketing, and partnerships, our team works synergistically to develop impactful solutions, making AI accessible to a wider audience.
Your Role
As the Head of Startups GTM for APAC, you will spearhead the sales strategy for our API developer platform, lead and nurture a team of API sales experts, and ensure successful client deployments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership along with a deep understanding of AI technologies, demonstrating agility in a dynamic tech landscape. Key responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, managing accounts, and maintaining executive relationships.
You will also be a pivotal leader, fostering cross-functional collaborations with product, marketing, developer relations, operations, and core GTM teams, while mentoring your sales team to meet business targets.
This position is based in Singapore, following a hybrid work model of three days in the office each week, with relocation assistance available for new hires.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic team of sales and venture capital partnership specialists focused on the startup sector across the APAC region.
Collaborate with solutions teams to design and implement intricate customer programs and initiatives.
Oversee revenue forecasts and consumption metrics.
Continuously assess the competitive landscape to inform product development and strategic direction.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Contribute to the evolution of our company culture.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading Enterprise Sales teams.
Proven track record in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software solutions.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
