Role overview

The Head of People will lead and develop the People function across all business lines. This position reports to the Chief Legal Officer and works closely with the CEO and executive team. The role is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on operational excellence and building effective structures as the company grows.

What you will do

  • Oversee all people programs and functions, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals
  • Strengthen existing HR processes and introduce governance frameworks to support growth
  • Implement decision-making structures for areas such as total rewards, performance management, and hiring
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support business objectives and maintain a high standard of operational excellence
