Role Overview: Growth Specialist (London)
This role suits someone eager to shape Axle Energy’s commercial direction and help build a strong go-to-market foundation. The Growth Specialist will work closely with customers to encourage adoption of Axle’s technology, support the commercialisation of grid flexibility, and drive increased usage over time. The team values adaptability and a hands-on approach, with the ability to cut through obstacles and keep processes simple.
Strong commercial instincts, a strategic mindset for market entry, and comfort with technical conversations are essential for success in this position.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Grow and manage the sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee client onboarding and nurture ongoing commercial relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Shape Axle’s sales strategy and contribute to rapid revenue growth as the company refines its go-to-market approach.
- Manage the full cycle of new customer acquisition, from first contact to commercial agreement, enabling partners to drive revenue (multilingual skills are a plus).
- Lead go-to-market activities with partners, including value proposition development, pricing, customer segmentation, and launch planning.
- Act as a commercial link between partners and internal teams, turning market and customer insights into actionable product and market strategies.
- Design and improve scalable sales and partner processes to support repeatable growth.
