This senior-level position involves direct collaboration with Sam, our Founder, and the leadership team. You will engineer a sustainable growth framework that encompasses customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for both consumer and business channels. Your role will involve identifying fresh opportunities to engage with our customers, ensuring they derive continuous value from our offerings, while also enhancing our partnerships and charity collaborations. While marketing will be an essential element, this position extends beyond it, influencing revenue strategies, product development priorities, partnerships, and commercial execution. As we scale rapidly, the next phase requires the establishment of more efficient systems, clearer objectives, and stronger interdepartmental alignment to ensure sustainable growth aligned with our mission. Key Responsibilities Lead the comprehensive growth strategy across B2B and B2C channels. Design, test, and implement scalable growth engines focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. Oversee messaging and nurturing strategies for a customer base exceeding 500,000, driving impactful engagement and revenue outcomes. Discover and initiate new channels, strategic partnerships, and market entry strategies across various platforms including paid, organic, and affiliate channels. Promote a customer-centric philosophy, consistently enhancing the customer journey, especially during sensitive situations such as bereavement. Collaborate closely with the Brand team to ensure growth initiatives reinforce long-term brand value. Boost revenue growth by refining acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies while increasing operational capabilities to cater to thousands of customers monthly.
