Our mission is to empower category disruptors like Betr, ElevenLabs, and Binance to scale their paid social strategies through a unique, content-driven approach. Our dedicated in-house content team produces thousands of engaging ads every month, all aimed at delivering efficient growth for our clients.
THE ROLE:
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships and optimizing their media investments. You will supervise media buyers and creative strategists across multiple accounts, ensuring effective budget management and scalable results. Your expertise will bridge media and content strategies, directly contributing to the achievement of our clients' objectives. While your primary focus will be on client-facing strategy and execution oversight, you will also leverage your deep platform knowledge to drive measurable success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage annual budgets ranging from $1 million to $10 million across various media channels, primarily Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Cultivate strong client relationships through regular meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Craft cohesive media strategies that prioritize creative assets.
Continuously identify and recommend optimizations to enhance client media program efficiency and scalability, going beyond standard dashboards (e.g., consulting on funnel strategies, signal engineering, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
3-8 years of experience in paid media, with a strong preference for agency and/or consumer app experience. Expertise in Meta is essential.
Demonstrated experience managing accounts with seven-figure annual media budgets.
Exceptional presentation skills, with the capability to create compelling decks and communicate effectively in client meetings.
Strong analytical abilities.
(Preferred) In-depth understanding of mobile advertising, including SKAN, AEM, and MMPs.
