Position Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to become a vital part of our marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead new pipeline generation, driving significant and repeatable growth to support our sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing pipeline creation strategies. You will influence key performance indicators such as demos booked, Sales Qualified Opportunities, ARR, and conversion rates, collaborating with leadership to achieve ambitious objectives.
- Optimizing high-return channels. You will assess performance metrics and manage budget allocations to enhance efficiency in our most productive channels.
- Creating and implementing new channel strategies. You will broaden our outreach through media relations, SEO, partnerships, and social media, identifying the most effective ways to elevate our presence across diverse audience segments.
- Collaborating with Sales on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will pinpoint high-priority government agencies and execute tailored campaigns, advertisements, and personalized engagement strategies to bolster outbound efforts.
- Designing and managing lifecycle nurture flows. You will oversee automated email sequences and persona-specific onboarding processes, working alongside Customer Success and Content teams to synchronize messaging with the intricate government purchasing journey.
- Analyzing and reporting on performance. You will monitor customer acquisition cost efficiency, conversion funnels (MQL → Closed Won), and marketing-sourced pipeline to continually enhance our return on investment.
- Travel Requirements: This role entails occasional travel, approximately 2–3 times per quarter, primarily for industry conferences, client dinners, and scheduled company gatherings.
