The Opportunity

We are in search of a proactive and strategic Growth Marketing Lead to construct and elevate Libra's go-to-market strategies from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with the founders, exercising a high level of ownership to position Libra as the go-to AI Superagent for contemporary teams.

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand acquisition channels from the ground up, focusing on organic growth, SEO, community engagement, partnerships, and referral programs.

  • Oversee the entire self-serve funnel: from awareness to sign-up, activation, retention, and expansion.

  • Design and execute rapid growth experiments, making data-driven iterations to optimize outcomes.

  • Establish and manage growth analytics systems – define key performance indicators and track the metrics that significantly impact growth.

  • Create lifecycle communication strategies, including onboarding sequences, re-engagement flows, and triggers for expansion.

  • Work alongside product and engineering teams to identify and close activation gaps, enhancing in-product growth opportunities.

  • Craft compelling copy and develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

What We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in growth, go-to-market, or product marketing within a SaaS or AI-native organization.

  • Demonstrated success in measurable growth—whether that be user acquisition, building communities, or creating effective channels.

  • Strong analytical skills; capable of independently analyzing data and distinguishing meaningful insights from noise.

  • Exceptional written communication skills, characterized by clarity and persuasiveness.

  • A self-starter with a proactive approach; comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI-native or developer tools products is a plus.

  • Understanding of product-led growth frameworks, including PQL scoring, usage-based triggers, and viral loops.
