The Role:

As a Growth Manager, you will spearhead revenue retention and growth by pinpointing and executing high-impact opportunities throughout your designated business portfolio. This role involves crafting growth plans and ensuring effective communication of progress through operational excellence, including forecasting and pipeline management. You will leverage data-driven insights to establish consultative, strategic partnerships within client organizations, prioritize key initiatives, and measure impactful outcomes through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing performance assessments. Internally, you will foster strong cross-functional relationships to align teams, eliminate obstacles, and guarantee the precise execution of growth strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

Revenue Retention & Growth

  • Drive net growth across your business portfolio, aiming to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities while managing associated risks.
  • Promote product adoption and implement churn prevention and reactivation strategies.
  • Contribute to the long-term revenue pipeline by recognizing customer needs and identifying business gaps.

Client Ownership & Strategy

  • Own strategic account management, fostering relationships that prioritize client success.
