About the Role

We are seeking a high-achieving Growth Manager to elevate our growth and marketing strategies to world-class standards. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the CEO to design and implement comprehensive growth and marketing initiatives.

Mission

Your primary goal will be to construct and expand Svix’s go-to-market strategy to enhance revenue and generate new leads. By understanding our customers deeply, you will ensure effective communication with them through the right channels, at the right times, by defining and executing our marketing strategy while refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), positioning, and messaging.

This role requires close collaboration with our CEO, sales, and product teams to seamlessly connect our product with the customers who need our solutions.

  • Enterprise: Generate leads from enterprise customers that convert into sales.
  • Self-serve: Drive self-serve leads that successfully transition to customers.
  • Strategy: Take ownership of our go-to-market strategy, ICP definition, and positioning to accelerate revenue growth.
