About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Global Head of Revenue Enablement to spearhead our sales excellence strategy and execution across our global revenue team in North America and LATAM. This influential leadership position will elevate the performance of our go-to-market teams. You will define and influence the future of revenue enablement at Chartbeat Inc., driving significant business results through enhanced productivity, improved win rates, and effective sales execution. Your success will be gauged by measurable improvements in sales productivity, representative effectiveness, enablement adoption, and overall pre-sales impact.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Coaching
- Lead comprehensive onboarding for new sales and customer success hires; define and uphold competency frameworks across roles (AEs, CSMs, Pre-Sales).
- Design and deliver ongoing training focused on selling skills, discovery techniques, objection handling, and pipeline management.
- Provide one-on-one coaching, conduct call reviews, and offer structured feedback on representative performance.
- Guide representatives on opportunity qualification and pipeline-building best practices.
- Develop coaching frameworks to expedite deal progression; utilize conversion rate variances to identify training needs.
Content & Competitive Intelligence
- Ensure the field-readiness of all sales and customer success materials, guaranteeing that resources utilized by representatives are current, accurate, and effective.
- Create and maintain battle cards, pitch materials, objection handling guides, and case studies.
- Develop counter-messaging and competitive positioning content.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to craft a strategic narrative; translate it into field-ready deliverables.
