In this pivotal leadership position, you will spearhead the strategic growth plan and engagement initiatives across approximately five key partnerships in your portfolio, facilitating sustainable growth campaigns, enhancing sales engagement, and executing targeted client interactions to generate over £25m in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development and Management
- Develop and implement global partner growth strategies aligned with Endava's industry verticals.
- Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value strategic partners, driving growth to achieve £5m+ in annual revenue per partner.
- Collaborate to create joint business plans with clear, measurable pipeline and revenue targets.
- Set quarterly growth objectives, monitor influenced revenue, and manage the order book.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Work alongside Industry Managing Directors to integrate commercial partners into vertical go-to-market strategies.
- Design and launch targeted growth initiatives focused on priority industries and accounts.
- Develop industry-specific propositions and accelerators harnessing partner technology and Endava's capabilities.
- Support strategic bids by incorporating partner innovation, funding opportunities, and differentiation into client proposals.
- Coordinate with Alliance Marketing to deliver joint campaigns, industry events, co-branded thought leadership, and client success stories.
- Facilitate cross-industry collaboration where ecosystem capabilities serve as horizontal enablers.
- Empower internal sales teams through the provision of battlecards, playbooks, and partner positioning resources.
Business Growth & Performance
- Lead and manage all growth programs for commercial partnerships proactively.
