Your Role:
As the inaugural Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Founding Account Executive (AE) to cultivate a robust pipeline from high-intent accounts. This role is not about following a script; instead, you'll take the lead in refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), developing an effective outbound playbook, and establishing a solid foundation for our sales team to expand. Exceptional performance will naturally lead to opportunities for transitioning into a closing role as an AE.

Responsibilities:
Generate a qualified pipeline through value-driven outbound strategies, including email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
Identify and target ICP accounts, creating thoughtful prospecting lists.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer workflows and pain points.
Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and accurately track outbound results.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales role.
Highly motivated and competitive, with a genuine curiosity and thoughtful approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while taking ownership of your work.
Bonus Points:
Experience in an early-stage startup or building outbound strategies from the ground up.
Familiarity with tools such as Attio and Clay.
