Join the financial revolution transforming Mexico! As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in expanding our field channel by leading customer acquisition through direct prospecting, developing a robust sales pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring effective customer activation.

What will you do as a Field Sales Supervisor?

You will lead customer acquisition efforts in the field through direct execution (hunter), building your own pipeline, closing sales, and ensuring customer activation. You will also evolve into managing a field sales team, driving results, funnel efficiency, and channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Oversee individual and team performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs: customer acquisition volume, conversion rates, and activations.
  • Train, develop, and support new sales representatives.
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching in the field.
  • Ensure adoption of processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of results, autonomy, and execution.

Lead Quality and Profiling:

  • Prospect businesses in assigned areas (door-to-door).
  • Identify high conversion potential opportunities.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline.
  • Assess client quality:
  • Fit with the product.
  • Probability of activation.
  • Validate information during onboarding.
  • Ensure acquisition of valuable clients (not just volume).

Execution of Referral Models:

  • Detect referral opportunities within acquired clients.
  • Encourage recommendations for new business.
  • Integrate referrals as part of the acquisition funnel.
