The Role You’ll Play
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to broaden our merchant network by acquiring and onboarding high-potential local businesses in the fitness and wellness sectors. This dynamic role entails significant fieldwork (70-80% travel) and is best suited for individuals who thrive on building relationships and representing our brand as a trusted local expert. With a growing team and evolving strategy, you will have the chance to influence the future of our field sales initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Expand our merchant network by identifying, pitching, and securing new business partnerships within your designated territory.
- Prioritize a field-first approach: engage with prospective merchants daily, participate in local events, and foster relationships with community and industry leaders.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and closing, utilizing a variety of communication methods including in-person, phone, email, and virtual engagements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and conversion targets.
- Act as a local market authority, identifying new opportunities that align with customer interests.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, tracking key activities and performance metrics in Salesforce.
Travel Expectations
- Expect to travel 70-80% of your time, including local day trips and occasional extended regional travel.
- You may also be required to travel outside of your assigned region based on business needs.
