Clinical quality first: The proprietary CareConnect platform streamlines treatment planning and data collection, allowing more time for direct care and less paperwork. Compassionate, assent-based model: Use Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment in a play-focused, joyful learning environment. Work-life balance: Manageable caseloads, reasonable schedules, and dedicated support teams help reduce last-minute changes and burnout.
