Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in full-desk recruiting, taking a consultative approach to connect clients and candidates.
• Utilize advanced internet and recruiting technology tools to identify top talent and potential clients.
We are looking for high-achievers in the fields of Accounting & Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong record of building new business relationships. While social networking is beneficial, this role is primarily phone-based. Expect to make numerous calls, engage with professionals at various organizational levels, drive deals, and think creatively to uncover new opportunities. A willingness to learn from seasoned recruiters and industry experts, alongside a passion for sales and recruiting, is essential.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, consulting, or recruiting preferred
• A genuine enthusiasm for sales, recruiting, and engaging with diverse individuals, coupled with a competitive spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An innate passion for selling and a desire to explore new industries.
