The Executive Assistant to the Owner at distro will play a central role in supporting the Owner’s day-to-day activities and long-term goals. Based in Buenos Aires, this position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the company’s values, vision, mission, and service standards in all interactions.
- Manage the Owner’s agenda, including proactive scheduling and prioritization of meetings and commitments.
- Coordinate daily workflows, meetings, and both internal and external communications.
- Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and requests, ensuring urgent matters receive prompt attention.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Owner and internal teams, clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare concise summaries to support strategic decisions.
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the Owner and business objectives.
