Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative support to Executives and their project teams as needed. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct administrative support to the Executives, managing email correspondence and preparing and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms.
  • Manage extensive calendars using Outlook to schedule and coordinate client calls, meetings, events, and personal appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and logistical arrangements for various purposes including executive meetings.
