Key Responsibilities: Lead logistics for major events from planning through execution, including venue operations, vendor coordination, front of house, backstage, and VIP hospitality. Oversee event production timelines, staffing, and on-site logistics. Manage the guest journey from start to finish: invitations, list management, seating, credentials, and check-in, providing white glove service for executives, talent, attendees, and partners. Supervise event front of house logistics including photographers, magazine orders, trophy production, and production office management. Develop and implement ticketing strategies and execution across platforms, focusing on pricing, dynamic pricing with marketing, inventory management, allocations, promotions, pacing, and revenue goals. Create ticketing rollout plans along with integrated marketing and announcement timelines for each event, ensuring alignment with editorial, social, and brand teams through clear milestones and approvals. Manage ticketing platform setup and quality control, and oversee attendee communication.

As the Events Associate at Billboard, you will take charge of planning, managing, and executing some of the brand’s most significant and impactful events, such as Women in Music, Latin Music Week, Live Music Summit, R&B Hip Hop Week, Country Live, and Power Players. You will enhance the value of these events through strategic sponsorships. This role requires impeccable organization, outstanding communication skills, and unwavering attention to detail to effectively manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. You will oversee every element of logistics, ticketing strategy and revenue pacing, guest experience, and sponsor execution from pre-sale to post-event reporting, ensuring that each event is delivered on time, within budget, and upholding the highest standards of the Billboard brand.
