Position Responsibilities:Manage Customer Success responsibilities for 30-40 Enterprise accounts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) ranging from $50k to $500k. Conduct initial onboarding and continuous training for customer accounts, ensuring robust adoption and sustained engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Oversee customer contract renewals. Implement a comprehensive engagement and communication strategy to proactively uphold high customer satisfaction. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on income and employment, providing guidance and resolving challenges related to the implementation and ongoing use of Truework. Perform periodic customer success reviews to analyze account performance, monitor milestone progress, and promote the expanded use of Truework within each account. Develop tools, processes, and best practices to maximize customer value from Truework.

Our CSMs make a significant impact by delivering a premium customer experience, managing key accounts to drive high retention rates, customer satisfaction, full product adoption, and identify new growth opportunities. The primary objective of our Truework CSMs is to ensure that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations, facilitating their achievement of organizational goals through our solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Success Manager with a meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record in nurturing high-value, enduring relationships with Enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is articulate, credible, and driven by metrics.
