About the Role
In the role of Enterprise Growth Partner, you will concentrate on forging partnerships with large, progressive clients eager to provide meals for their extensive and expanding workforce. As an integral part of the sales team, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding our clients through the array of products and solutions that Sharebite provides.
This hybrid role is based in New York City, requiring candidates to engage in regular travel within NYC for on-site meetings, events, and other in-person business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new sales opportunities.
- Own the prospecting process in collaboration with our sales development team to determine optimal engagement paths and initiate the sales cycle.
- Lead and collaborate on sales activities, including contract negotiation and closing with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Target key buyer personas and stakeholders (primarily HR/People teams, Workplace Experience teams, and Finance) seeking solutions to their current workplace challenges.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
