Role overview
This remote Enterprise Account Executive position focuses on acquiring new clients among large organizations with 5,000 or more employees. The role centers on strategic selling, educating potential customers about ZipRecruiter's value, and serving as a trusted advisor. Building long-term client relationships and driving new business development are key priorities.
What you will do
- Identify and win new enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on prospecting.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline while building relationships with potential clients.
- Consistently close new business and achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Create and execute a territory plan, including accurate forecasting.
- Share effective practices to support team growth.
- Collect and communicate market insights to product and marketing teams.
- Use customer feedback and personal experience to improve products and sales strategies.
