Key ResponsibilitiesLead the entire enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing, engaging both technical and economic decision-makers. Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with high-profile software organizations. Acquire in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate exceptional technical fluency in the AI and code review domain. Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product teams to integrate customer insights into product development. Shape and enhance go-to-market strategies, particularly surrounding expansion, pricing, and outbound tactics. QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise sales. Experience in an early-stage AI company (Series A to C preferred). Strong technical acumen—ability to engage with engineers and explain APIs, code integrations, and model behaviors effectively. Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments. Comfortable navigating ambiguity; adept at establishing structure in a dynamic, zero-to-one setting. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and applies first principles thinking. Preferred QualificationsExperience selling developer tools, MLOps, security, or dev productivity solutions. Familiarity with bottom-up adoption strategies. Previous experience as a founder or early-stage employee in a tech startup.
