The Account Executive role is pivotal in fostering new business relationships and providing first-class support to our B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of TransPerfect's services, capabilities, and competitive edge.
Identify potential clients and target organizations for sales initiatives.
Establish new client relationships through cold calling, online outreach, and participation in trade shows.
Collaborate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
Educate and promote TransPerfect’s services to clients.
Provide exemplary customer support and manage client expectations in coordination with the Production Management Team.
Handle pricing and contractual matters by acquiring a thorough understanding of company procedures.
Engage actively in learning about each client’s industry, business requirements, and corporate culture to uncover new business opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
Assist with additional projects or duties as necessary.
