The Role:
As the Head of Creative Studio, you will spearhead the next phase of CookUnity's performance marketing. Leveraging AI technologies, you will enhance storytelling, streamline content production, and facilitate rapid creative testing at scale. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will bridge the realms of strategy, creativity, and technology.
Your expertise in creative strategy will be pivotal; you will cultivate a deep understanding of audiences, identify what drives ad conversions, and thrive on testing various formats. Collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team, you will transform strategic priorities into scalable creative systems, conceptual frameworks, and high-impact assets. Moreover, you will design AI-driven workflows and production pipelines that amplify output and accelerate learning cycles.
Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy for Growth - Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies across diverse performance channels, such as Meta, TV, direct mail, YouTube, email, and landing pages, ensuring each concept resonates effectively with our audience. Forge frameworks for impactful creative initiatives and integrate data-driven insights with consumer behavior to unlock new creative opportunities.
