Your Role
As the Creative Studio Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role within our team, acting as the operational backbone that connects high-level creative visions with meticulous technical execution across digital, film, and video domains. You will enjoy the backing of forward-thinking leaders, state-of-the-art tools, and the freedom to revolutionize our delivery of "Digital Made For Humans™." The Creative Studio at PMG is the epicenter of transforming ambitious brand concepts into impactful creative and content results.
You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of writers, designers, editors, audio specialists, motion artists, technical developers, conceptual creatives, and third-party contractors who prioritize both craftsmanship and performance. Your work will involve close partnership with Media teams, Strategists, Client Leads, and Alli Product teams to ensure our creative output is not only visually stunning but also functionally flawless across the global ad-tech ecosystem. After the approval of media plans and content strategies, you will coordinate the creative team, serving as the central point of contact among Strategy, Creative, Production, Technical, and Development teams, while leading project management initiatives.
To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of digital advertising formats, adhere to client brand guidelines, and be able to navigate diverse perspectives and workflows. Clear and simple communication of complex production and digital advertising concepts to non-experts is essential.
Familiarity with the media planning process and understanding how specific tactics fit into a broader plan is also advantageous.
