Role overview
The Digital Account Executive builds new business relationships and serves as the main support contact for existing B2B clients. This position focuses on both expanding TransPerfect’s client base and maintaining strong connections with current partners.
What you will do
- Develop a thorough understanding of TransPerfect's services, their advantages, and unique selling points.
- Identify and target potential clients and organizations for sales outreach.
- Grow new client relationships through cold calling, online outreach, and participation in trade shows.
- Work alongside Sales Management to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
- Educate clients about the full range of TransPerfect’s offerings.
- Provide responsive customer support and manage client expectations in collaboration with the Production Management Team.
- Handle pricing and contract discussions, following company policies and procedures.
- Learn about each client’s industry, business needs, and company culture to uncover new opportunities and deliver quality service.
- Take on additional projects or responsibilities as needed.
