Your Role at impact.com:

In the role of Demand Generation Manager for Paid Media, you will spearhead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Paid Social. Collaborating closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Content, and Design teams, you will aim to scale pipeline growth, support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and consistently enhance performance through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive execution of paid campaigns—from ideation and audience targeting to ad trafficking, creative optimization, and performance evaluation.
  • Build, launch, and refine paid media campaigns across all stages of the funnel (Top of Funnel to Bottom of Funnel), ensuring effective pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Manage multi-channel demand generation strategies and budgets, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
