As a Professional Services Delivery Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Professional Services team, aiming to accelerate and mitigate risks in our customers' business outcomes through effective enablement and implementation of Databricks platform technology. This individual contributor position will oversee the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, fostering close collaborations with key system integrators to successfully co-deliver Databricks service engagements.
Your Impact:
- Collaborate with the Professional Services team to leverage Databricks delivery partners and enhance customer project outcomes.
- Establish and nurture Professional Services relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and the regional Partner team to facilitate two-way pipeline reviews and engagements (both subcontracting and advisory) in alignment with company priorities.
- Develop a data-driven RFP process for Partner Selection regarding large, complex, multi-year, multi-phase migration deals, creating templates and scorecards to support decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to onboard and ramp up new partners with Gen AI capabilities.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners, crafting long-term roadmaps for Professional Services partner delivery. Design scorecards and feedback mechanisms to categorize partners by areas of focus, geographic regions, and company priorities.
- Implement delivery governance to ensure partner quality and effectiveness in Services-led and partner-supported implementations. Champion global programs to assess partner quality, such as CSAT, Partner Surveys, and program governance.
- Oversee programs aligned with our Professional Services & Partner strategy for Assurance and advisory services, collaborating with cross-functional channel teams to empower GSIs, RSIs, and SIs regarding Assurance services, while supporting bi-weekly reviews and deal governance.
