About The Role

EliseAI seeks a proactive and skilled Deal Desk Manager to spearhead our deal desk operations. This role involves optimizing deal structures, ensuring compliance, and accelerating revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and refine deal desk workflows and approval processes to maximize efficiency.

  • Serve as the expert on pricing policies, models, and the competitive landscape, providing guidance on non-standard pricing requests.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to grasp business needs, create innovative deal solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

  • Act as the primary resource for Sales representatives, assisting them in structuring, pricing, and navigating deals from proposal to closure.

  • Contribute to the evolution of pricing strategies through insights gained from deal trends, market feedback, and competitive analysis.

  • Own the deal desk processes, tools, and policies, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
