Your Role:

  1. Colocation Room Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of the colocation room as per a set schedule, documenting the condition of critical areas and addressing or reporting any discrepancies to the relevant personnel.
  2. Visitor Guidance: Assist visitors without Personal ID cards, ensuring they receive the necessary support and directions.
  3. Monitoring System Management: Respond swiftly to alerts from the customer device monitoring system, taking appropriate actions to resolve any issues.
  4. Data Center Access Management: Oversee entry applications by reviewing pre-entry requests from staff or clients to ensure compliance with access protocols.
  5. Shipping Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments by receiving, verifying, and registering shipping requests, storing and tagging parcels for future reference, and coordinating with delivery services.
  6. Receiving Oversight: Check and register incoming packages from shipping companies, ensuring proper storage and tagging for customer retrieval.
  7. Facility Management: Efficiently manage and schedule the use of common facilities to optimize resource utilization.
  8. Rental Item Oversight: Verify the presence and condition of rental items nightly, ensuring cleanliness and the request for repairs when necessary.
  9. Carry-in/Carry-out Management: Facilitate the process of checking and scheduling carry-in/out requests, ensuring proper documentation.
  10. Remote Support Services: Provide essential remote assistance by addressing customer requests via calls or emails, ensuring all conditions are fulfilled prior to performing operations, and maintaining logs for billing purposes.
