To excel as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you should possess the following:Flexibility to work two to three days a week from 14:00 to 22:00 (remote) and two days a week during standard hours (onsite). Previous experience in phone customer service. Native or near-native proficiency in English. Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a positive outlook. A collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to team success.

We are currently looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to become part of our dynamic Customer Onboarding team. If you have a knack for guiding customers through the initial stages of product adoption and ensuring their long-term success, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will provide onboarding and consulting services, assisting customers in implementing their LMS effectively and achieving their objectives while acting as a trusted advisor to enhance product adoption, engagement, and retention, ultimately fueling Epignosis’ growth.
