We are currently looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to become part of our dynamic Customer Onboarding team. If you have a knack for guiding customers through the initial stages of product adoption and ensuring their long-term success, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will provide onboarding and consulting services, assisting customers in implementing their LMS effectively and achieving their objectives while acting as a trusted advisor to enhance product adoption, engagement, and retention, ultimately fueling Epignosis’ growth.
