Key ResponsibilitiesOwn CSM Enablement Strategy: Develop, execute, and refine a comprehensive enablement roadmap for the Customer Success organization. Accelerate Ramp: Create onboarding programs that decrease time-to-productivity for new CSMs and newly introduced products. Develop Ongoing Curriculum: Curate role-specific learning pathways that encompass product mastery, customer success best practices, and industry insights. Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with CS Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to identify enablement needs and integrate best-in-class practices. Leverage Tech Stack: Ensure tools like Planhat and Gong are optimally configured and utilized to maximize CSM efficiency and insights.

About The Role

EliseAI is on the lookout for a Customer Experience Enablement Manager to architect, implement, and continuously refine training and enablement programs for our Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You will be responsible for CSM onboarding, ongoing skills enhancement, certification, and performance metrics, ensuring that each CSM is fully equipped to promote adoption, retention, and growth across our customer base.
