We are currently seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy CRM Operations Manager who excels at the intersection of data, automation, and customer experience. If you enjoy orchestrating impactful campaigns, exploring platforms, and optimizing the entire customer journey, this is your opportunity.
In this position, you will not only maintain our CRM systems but also contribute to building a smarter, faster, and more personalized CRM engine for both global B2B and B2C brands. You will play a crucial role across cross-functional teams by driving segmented campaigns, refining bonus logic, and ensuring every customer touchpoint is meticulously managed.
Location: Valencia, on-site
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance lifecycle journeys, automated flows, and one-off campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Utilize Coralogix to monitor Kafka event data, identifying and resolving data flow issues proactively to prevent campaign disruptions.
- Create, optimize, and maintain dynamic customer segments to elevate personalization efforts.
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to ensure a seamless and scalable CRM infrastructure.
- Oversee quality assurance, platform testing, and campaign error monitoring to guarantee flawless execution.
