About the Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Designer to shape and elevate the Pylon brand across all channels with speed and creativity. This role goes beyond aesthetics; you will be the driving force behind our brand and growth marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include transforming briefs and performance insights into impactful designs, guiding an external production agency for video and motion assets, and creating sharp static visuals on tight deadlines.

Your role will encompass all aspects of marketing, including paid advertising campaigns, website and landing page design, product marketing materials, sales enablement content, and event collateral. As the guardian of our brand guidelines, you will ensure that all outputs from Pylon reflect a unified, confident, and coherent visual identity.

Your Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Oversee and maintain Pylon’s brand guidelines

  • Guarantee consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints and provide constructive feedback when deviations occur

  • Act as the internal creative authority — proactively identify design needs, prioritize them, and lead their execution from start to finish

  • Expand our brand into investor presentations, crafting compelling decks that clearly communicate our story and progress with strong visuals

Design for Growth & Campaigns

  • Create high-quality creative for paid media (LinkedIn, Google, display) and organic social — efficiently and independently

  • Collaborate with the growth team to design and optimize website and campaign landing pages

  • Translate briefs, concepts, and performance data into effective designs to drive results
