About the job
About Rox
At Rox, we are pioneering an AI-native revenue operating system tailored for modern go-to-market teams. Supported by renowned investors like Sequoia, GV, and General Catalyst, we're transforming disjointed CRM workflows by deploying AI agents that handle the tasks—conducting account research, customizing outreach, and streamlining pipelines—allowing sales professionals to concentrate on closing deals. As a dynamic Series A startup, our agile team is committed to redefining one of the software industry's most traditional segments, and we are achieving remarkable success.
About the Design Team
Joining a close-knit four-member design team, you will report directly to the Head of Design. At Rox, design plays a crucial role in every marketing decision. We are proactive creators who swiftly utilize Figma, delivering results in weekly sprints. The design standards we establish now will shape the future of revenue intelligence, influencing every pixel a customer interacts with before they even log in.
About the Role
As the Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for all aspects of brand and marketing design at Rox—ranging from social media graphics and campaign creatives to website illustrations and conference materials. You will have the opportunity to craft every customer-facing touchpoint outside the product.
We seek a passionate designer who values visual craftsmanship, works efficiently in Figma, and can deliver polished, brand-aligned designs across numerous formats—banners, landing pages, motion graphics, architectural diagrams, and more. If you are dedicated to maintaining brand consistency and enjoy translating abstract product concepts into engaging visuals, you’ll find this role a perfect fit.
What You'll Do
Create and deliver brand-consistent visuals across marketing platforms—banners, OG images, announcements, ad variants, and campaign creatives.
Manage end-to-end branding for conferences and events—logo design, signage, screen animations, and social media assets.
Develop illustrations, animations, and video content for the website, landing pages, and product narratives.
Produce motion and animation assets utilizing tools like Jitter, After Effects, or similar, with Lottie export support.
Design sales enablement materials, architectural diagrams, and various product marketing assets.
Establish brand systems for new initiatives—such as Rox Academy (logo, badges, course thumbnails, certificates).
Maintain and enhance Rox's visual identity across all channels—digital, social, print, and events.
Collaborate closely with both Design and Marketing teams to ensure creative outputs align with product and go-to-market strategies.
