The Role:

We are in search of a creative and dedicated Creative Designer to take charge of the visual identity of the Triumph brand. As a foundational member of our marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Growth and play a pivotal role in crafting a modern, cohesive, and impactful brand presence across all marketing channels. Initially working independently, you will collaborate closely with our Lead Designer, Travis, to maintain brand consistency throughout the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Brand Stewardship: Own and refine the Triumph brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual platforms, from our website to social media.

  • Ad Creation: Develop a high volume of visually striking static display advertisements for platforms such as Meta, Google, and programmatic networks to effectively drive user acquisition.

  • Merchandise and Physical Products: Spearhead the design of a new line of merchandise and physical products, with the creative freedom to explore diverse product types that embody the Triumph brand.

  • Marketing Collateral: Produce a variety of marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, and more, as required by the team.
