Role Overview: Associate Producer This Associate Producer role is based in the Bay Area and requires in-person shoot days. The position supports producers and creative leads by handling the daily logistics of multiple productions, from pre-production through wrap. The Associate Producer helps keep shoots organized and on schedule. What You Will Do Develop and manage production budgets, monitor project costs, and flag risks or overages early. Collaborate with directors, creative leads, and internal teams to align on creative direction and execution. Oversee pre-production planning, including schedules, logistics, staffing, and production requirements. Scout and secure locations, permits, and set-ups for each shoot. Source, vet, and book crew, cast, vendors, rentals, and freelancers as needed. Coordinate logistics for production days: travel, equipment, schedules, and call times. Lead shoot execution by keeping productions on schedule, resolving issues, and ensuring the team has what it needs. Maintain clear communication with clients, crew, talent, and vendors throughout production, managing changes as they come up. Assist with post-production handoff and delivery coordination for a smooth transition. Location requirement: Bay Area (San Francisco). In-person attendance for shoot days is mandatory.
