Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current ACLS certification. Availability to work overtime and weekends as necessary. Strong focus on patient care and experience. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a plastic surgery office is highly regarded. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Previous experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital member of our dedicated team, upholding our high-quality care standards. Our ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for patient care and is committed to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all our patients. Strong communication skills are crucial for thriving in our collaborative and fast-paced clinical setting. This position is full-time and based at one of our state-of-the-art clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise as an RN, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and sterilizing equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes accurately and thoroughly.
  • Deliver the highest level of patient care and service consistently.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance physician’s patient retention through exceptional patient care and experience.
  • Engage in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
