Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital member of our dedicated team, upholding our high-quality care standards. Our ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for patient care and is committed to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all our patients. Strong communication skills are crucial for thriving in our collaborative and fast-paced clinical setting. This position is full-time and based at one of our state-of-the-art clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise as an RN, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and sterilizing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care.
- Document clinical and surgical notes accurately and thoroughly.
- Deliver the highest level of patient care and service consistently.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Enhance physician’s patient retention through exceptional patient care and experience.
- Engage in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
