Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become an integral part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should possess a vibrant personality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care, ensuring every patient has a positive and enjoyable experience. Excellent communication skills are crucial in our collaborative, fast-paced, and high-demand work environment. This is a full-time position based in one of our state-of-the-art clinics.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Adhering to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Demonstrating clinical competency as an LPN by accurately administering medications, establishing sterile fields, and ensuring proper disinfection and sterilization of equipment.
  • Completing all required documentation promptly and accurately in line with company standards.
  • Facilitating effective communication among team members, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Documenting clinical and surgical notes with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service are consistently met.
  • Following established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhancing patient retention by delivering top-tier patient care and experience.
  • Assisting in all clinical and surgical aspects of patient care.
  • Maintaining professionalism and adaptability in working with diverse personalities.
  • Assuming additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.
