Join Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. as a Commercial Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing innovative marketing strategies for the MJUS brand portfolio. This position involves managing relationships with shopper marketing agencies, forming robust partnerships with both on-premise and off-premise commercial and trade partners, and utilizing insights to drive sales through effective, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies for both on-premise and off-premise channels within the MJUS portfolio, leveraging data insights for segmentation, brand standards, and execution zones.
- Design and launch impactful commercial marketing programs in collaboration with the shopper marketing agency and commercial team to meet KPIs and promote brand growth.
- Plan and execute quarterly tentpole commercial programs, ensuring tailored versions for each channel to maintain brand consistency, engage consumers, and ensure compliance.
- Develop supplementary programming to enhance brand partnerships and provide support to the commercial team as needed.
- Create clear consumer journeys for all programs to ensure a seamless and effectively communicated experience.
- Provide strategic support through the creation of educational materials, such as presentations and sell sheets, to facilitate successful execution.
- Manage the commercial calendar, ensuring alignment with broader commercial team initiatives.
- Work alongside Regional Execution Directors to evaluate program performance, analyze results, and uncover insights for future optimization.
Creative/POS Support:
- Collaborate with the shopper marketing agency to develop POS tools for each promotional period that effectively support the commercial team in achieving KPIs.
- Partner with the POS team to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of tools for all promotional programs.
- Lead creative processes, including briefings, reviews, and approvals for MJUS portfolio key visuals (KVs), POS materials, sell sheets, and mock-ups across on- and off-premise channels, ensuring high-quality outputs in collaboration with the internal graphic designer.
Budget Management:
- Oversee the Jägermeister commercial marketing budget, including planning, tracking, and reporting of all marketing initiatives through the designated tracker.
- Identify risks and opportunities on a monthly basis to ensure optimal budget utilization aligned with business objectives.
Implementation & Sourcing:
- Work with third-party vendors to create and execute consumer offers for each program, ensuring timely and complete delivery.
