We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to take the helm of both immediate demand forecasting and strategic long-term planning initiatives. This pivotal role will involve leading comprehensive analyses across our commercial operations.

Candidates should possess a robust analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding communication and collaboration skills. A proven track record of delivering high-quality insights in a dynamic environment is essential. This position will report directly to the Director of Forecasting, Analytics, and Reporting.

This role is based in Menlo Park, California, with plans to transition to Sunnyvale, California, in Fall 2026. We offer a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from either our GRAIL office or remotely. Our current policy requires a minimum of 40% (16 hours) of your workweek to be on-site, with specific schedules collaboratively determined with your manager to meet team and business needs. On-site presence is highly encouraged on Tuesdays and Thursdays for team engagements and events.
