Key Responsibilities:Establish and nurture executive-level relationships between Microsoft and MongoDB to drive business growth. Identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline through our cloud partnerships. Report directly to the Head of Global Cloud for Microsoft. Collaborate on significant deals with MongoDB field sales and Microsoft Cloud sales teams. Coordinate with the Microsoft Cloud Program team for support and pipeline generation. Achieve quotas for new business development and uncover new workloads through cloud partners. Generate strategic joint pipeline with Microsoft and assist the direct sales force in pursuing end-user sales. Provide weekly forecasts of co-sell Net ARR and sourced new workloads to sales leadership. Qualifications:8+ years of experience in direct sales or partner/channel sales, particularly in collaboration with hyperscalers. Demonstrated success in pipeline generation. Experience working within a complex sales matrix model. Knowledge of open source, enterprise software applications, SaaS, databases, or cloud computing. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Experience in developing successful and scalable technology partnerships.

Location and work model

This position requires residency in the United States. Candidates located in Austin, New York City, or New Jersey are preferred. MongoDB offers a hybrid work setup in these areas.
