Join TransPerfect as a Client Services Associate, where you will be the pivotal first point of contact for our esteemed clients and oversee the seamless execution of diverse language projects.

Key Details:

Work setting: On-site (Colegiales, CABA)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding new project initiatives through our centralized technology platform.

  • Collaborate with production team members to evaluate project scope and generate accurate cost and timeline estimates for translation projects.

  • Initiate project workflows by providing comprehensive budgets, timelines, and instructions, while proactively identifying potential challenges.

  • Address any issues with clients prior to submission to the production team.

  • Provide specific project details to set the production team up for success.

  • Take initiative to understand clients’ industries, business needs, and company culture, and educate the project team to enhance service delivery.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets while delivering high-quality results.

  • Act as the central liaison between external clients and internal production staff.

  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.

  • Adhere to internal regulations, processes, and ISO standards.

  • Potentially troubleshoot problematic projects.

  • Comprehend project instructions and communicate effectively with the production team.

  • Investigate client complaints and discuss issues with both clients and production staff to creatively resolve problems.
