As a Client Services Associate at TransPerfect, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, facilitating communication between the production team and clients. Your role will encompass overseeing the initiation of new projects, entering project details into our platforms, and ensuring that all projects are efficiently routed to production.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial contact for client project requests via our centralized system.
Collaborate with production team members to evaluate project scope and provide accurate cost and timeline estimates for translation projects.
Kick off project tasks by detailing budgets, schedules, and instructions for the project team, while foreseeing potential challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
Address and resolve any potential issues with clients before involving the production team.
Proactively set up project specifics to guarantee the production team's success.
Engage in understanding clients' industries and business needs to enhance service delivery.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while delivering high-quality outputs.
Serve as the central liaison between clients and internal production staff.
Establish and manage client expectations effectively.
Adhere to all ISO regulations, processes, and procedures.
Troubleshoot any project-related challenges as necessary.
Communicate project instructions clearly to the production team.
Investigate and resolve client complaints, when applicable.
Collaborate with clients and production staff to creatively resolve any issues.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
