The Client Partner role is a pivotal position within Brillio’s Customer Success team in the United Kingdom. This role is fundamental in spearheading sales and business development efforts while nurturing executive relationships with Life Sciences clients.
 
In this capacity, the Partner will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving revenue growth. The role involves collaboration with corporate and internal digital teams, establishing and maintaining relationships at the CXO level, and forging long-term strategic partnerships within the client portfolio. A team of practice managers will support the Partner in enhancing customer experience and ensuring delivery excellence.
 
The Partner will serve as a "trusted advisor" to clients, combining strategic business acumen with technological expertise.
