Join our dynamic team at Mariner Wealth Advisors as a Client-Focused Administrative Assistant, where your role is pivotal in delivering unparalleled client service. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play an essential role in ensuring they enjoy a seamless and positive experience that surpasses their expectations. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming clients and guests in-person and over the phone, managing incoming communications, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of shared office spaces, and supporting various ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and visitors both in-person and via telephone.
Coordinate and organize conference room bookings.
Efficiently receive, sort, and forward all incoming calls, faxes, mail, and shipments.
Monitor and replenish office, printing, and kitchen supplies as necessary.
Generate shipping labels, arrange courier services, and provide copy support as needed.
Assist in the preparation and binding of presentation materials.
Conduct regular scanning and faxing tasks.
Support event planning initiatives and activities.
Set up workstations for new employees.
Provide ad hoc support to business leaders as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service-oriented role within a professional environment is preferred.
Positive attitude with a strong client service focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow directions from multiple team members.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
