At PMG, our shared mission is to inspire the belief that anything is achievable. We are currently seeking a Client Development Principal to lead our efforts in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities—through consultant-driven pitches and relationship-focused initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and various cross-functional leaders to spearhead strategic initiatives, strengthen relationships with consultants and prospects, and oversee the creation of impactful, well-crafted proposals. You will play a key role in evolving PMG's growth strategy, ensuring that every opportunity aligns with our core values, our exceptional team, and our vision for the future of marketing.
Your Responsibilities
Consultant-Led Pitches
- Lead 2–4 concurrent mid-to-large scale consultant-led pitches, coordinating cross-functional teams across media, strategy, creative, data, and more.
- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for agency search consultants, ensuring consistent, clear, and strategic communication throughout the engagement.
- Develop and oversee pitch strategies, proposal documents, and presentations in conjunction with internal teams.
- Collaborate with PMG’s Marketing team and leadership to cultivate relationships with top-tier agency search consultants and industry influencers.
- Bring exceptional storytelling and strategic analysis to media-driven opportunities (creative experience is a plus).
Lead Development & Relationship-Focused Growth
- Facilitate a shift in PMG’s growth strategy toward long-term, relationship-driven opportunities that resonate with the agency’s strengths and values.
